Social Media Recruitment Campaign for WSW Initiative
Developed and executed a targeted social media recruitment campaign for the Workforce for Student Well-Being (WSW) Initiative, a collaborative program offering financial support, academic mentoring, and professional development for second-year MSW students in Washington State. Created both the text and visuals for the posts, effectively communicating the program's benefits and application details. The campaign aimed to recruit diverse and committed applicants dedicated to working in high-need public and tribal schools, driving interest and applications before the deadline.
